Who is Davey, who am I?

I was born in Leut-Maasmechelen, Belgium on April 14, 1972 where I grew up in a family with four brothers. When I was 18 years, we moved to Eindhoven in the Netherlands.
Today I live, with much pleasure, in Helmond together with my wife Yvonne.

Sports have always been a major part of my life. As a child I used to play in the local soccer team. Around the age of 12 I discovered water skiing. I have been enjoying this sport for 6 years until a knee injury forced me to quit.

After this, I played snooker for a couple of years. Then my snooker friends introduced me to golf.
The first spark occurred in 1994 in Ireland but it was only after a vacation in Portugal in 2000 that the proverbial spark really caught fire!
Ever since, golf has become more than a hobby...

In December 2006 I graduated as Golfprofessional B.
Besides teaching, I organize contests for professionals, amateur golfers, youth and companies.
