After a successful graduation as a PGA Golf Professional B in December 2006, I am now ready to take my next tep. Starting April 1, 2007 I will be a teaching professional in Voerendaal in the south of the Netherlands.
It's an 18 holes, par 72, course. A tactical choice will be needed at many of the holes because of the layout.
The course is situated in an open an undulating setting where wind influences the game.
Besides all that splendour great practice and training facilities are at your disposal.

From 2-4 June 2006 took place in Valkenswaard, at the Eindhovensche Golf, the KLM Ladies Open of the Ladies European Tour.

The Dutch tournament was won by Miss Stephanie Arricau. The 33-year old from Orthez, France, was accompanied by Davey van Mulken as her caddy during these 3 playing days.

Only a couple of days after her victory in the Netherlands, Stephanie sends an e-mail to Dave in which she tells about her experience in the tournament and with her caddy. Hereunder you will find a translation, from French, of that message:
"After I contacted the organisation of the KLM Open in order to reserve a caddy, Dave made himself known to me via e-mail. This is not a very common thing to do! At that moment I knew he was a conscientious man and that everything would be allright.
Arriving at the golf course, he awaited me as agreed for our first day. The day of the pro-am. I explained him how I like to work, how I stand in a match and told him what I had been working on with my trainer, Benoit Ducoulombier. Davey listened with great attention and then let me play my habitual game. His most important job was to talk to me, between the strokes, about absolutely anything but golf.

What really amused me was that I confided to him, before the winning putt of 1,3 meters, the following: "Here the real fun starts: if I make this putt I win, if I miss it we go to the play-off!!!!"
All the time he maintained a calm composure which meant a great deal to me!!!!!
Thanks, Davey!"
